Notice: 7th Grade Health Screenings
Dear Parents and Guardians,
Please be advised that Shaw Middle School will conduct health screenings for all 7th-grade students on Tuesday, February 10, 2026.
Screening Details
These state-mandated screenings are brief and non-invasive. They will include:
- Vision & Hearing
- Scoliosis
- Height & Weight
Important Instructions
Please carefully read the attached Screening Notification Form for additional information regarding these procedures.
- To Participate: No further action is required.
- To Opt-Out: If you DO NOT want your child to participate, you must complete the bottom of the notification form and return it to the School Clinic before the screening date.
